Holy sheep, that was a doozy! Unless it happened to be a medium small one with the epicenter right under our foundations, that was a big one -- hard and long and rolling. I haven't felt anything like that since the '89 quake up in the Bay Area. :/
I'm OK, and there doesn't seem to be any damage, although some things fell off shelves and tables and such. The USGS site doesn't have any data up yet, so I don't know the magnitude.
Times like this I'm glad we've never gotten around to hanging pictures and things on the walls. :P
[EDIT: Looks like a 5.6 so far, about 35-40km NE of me. Definitely respectable. :/ ]
